When does registration open?
The 2026 family registration period opens October 26 and closes November 16.
Does submitting a sponsorship request reserve a wishlist?
No. A volunteer must confirm that the wishlist is still available. Please wait for the confirmation email before purchasing gifts.
Should gifts be wrapped?
No. Gifts must be new and unused, but should remain unwrapped so volunteers can verify and organize them.
Can I register with more than one holiday assistance program?
No. To make support available to as many families as possible, children may be registered with only one holiday assistance or gift program per season.
How is family privacy protected?
Sponsors see only an anonymous child ID and limited wishlist details. Names, addresses, schools, and family contact information remain confidential.
